TOA supporting local athlete, Thomas Harvey, and Team GB Deaflympics 2025

We would like to introduce Thomas Harvey, a young and up and coming athlete that is a neighbour of one of our technical team.  Thomas has qualified for the Deaflympics to be held in November and, as part of our local engagement initiative, TOA UK are proud to be supporting Thomas and the GB Squad who will be flying out to Tokyo to compete.

Thomas, a talented swimmer, will compete in 7 events at the games.

4 x 100m Men’s Freestyle Relay

Thomas started swimming aged 5 and at just 17 (he travels to Japan on his Birthday) it is a huge achievement to be selected to compete. He is training hard and is looking forward to the events and meeting up with other international competitors whom he has made friends with and competing against them.
